| Medical / Mother-Child Health / Parenting Support "TIFA Smile Project" has begun | 在住外国人の医療・母子保健・子育て支援「TIFAスマイルプロジェクト」がはじまりました |

| There are currently approximately 4,800 foreigners living in Toyonaka City. Also, it is an area with many international students. In this situation, where many foreigners are living in Toyonaka City, many problems are encountered due to differences in language and customs. As a close neighbor, TIFA members who have experience in childbirth and parenting have helped support many foreigners in issues related to health care, pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. We have constructed a project with the purpose of systemizing each support to widely support foreigners in the areas of health care, mother-child health, and parenting. We call this system “Smile Plan,” and the volunteers who support foreigners "Smile Supporters," with the following three points as pillars of action. | 豊中市には現在4,800人あまりの外国人が住んでいます。また海外からの留学生が多い地域です。このような状況の中、外国人が豊中市で生活する上で、言葉や習慣が異なるため、様々な困難にぶつかっています。出産や子育てを経験したTIFAの会員が身近な隣人として、今まで多くの外国人の医療・妊娠・出産・子育て等をサポートしてきました。このたび、個々の対応を制度化して地域に住む外国人を広く支援することを目的に、医療・母子保健・子育ての分野で外国人を支援する事業を立ち上げました。このシステムを「スマイルプラン」、外国人を支援するボランティアを「スマイルサポーター」と名づけ、以下の3点を柱として活動します。 |

| Salon for Foreign Mothers & Children | 多文化子育てサロンのご案内 |
| Toyonaka International Friendship Association (TIFA) is holding salons twice a month where foreign mothers can participate with their babies and children. Members who have parenting experience will play with the children and counsel the mothers. Please feel free to join. Let’s talk with friends from various countries! | 国際交流の会とよなか(TIFA)では、外国人のおかあさんが赤ちゃんや子どもと一緒に参加できるサロンを毎月2回開いています。子育てを経験したメンバーが子どもたちと一緒に遊んだり、おかあさんたちの相談にのったりします。洋裁教室もはじめました。どうぞ気軽に参加してください。いろいろな国の仲間とお話ししましょう！ |
