| Wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk and peanut products have been agreed to be allergenic substances by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Processed food containing these allergenic substances as ingredients must be labeled. |
小麦、そば、卵、乳及び落花生の5品目は厚生労働省の指導により特定のアレルギー体質を持つ方の健康危害発生を防止する観点から、これらを含む加工食品については、当該特定原材料を含む旨を記載しなければならないとされています。

| Since the following nineteen items have the potential of becoming allergenic substances, these items should be labeled as well when used as ingredients for processed food: abalone, squid, salmon roe, shrimp, orange, crab, kiwi, beef, walnut, poultry, pork, matsutake, peach, yam, apple, gelatin. |
また、あわび、いか、いくら、えび、オレンジ、かに、キウイフルーツ、牛肉、くるみ、さけ、さば、大豆、鶏肉、豚肉、まつたけ、もも、やまいも、りんご、ゼラチンの19品目についても、食物アレルギーの実態及びアレルギー誘発物質の解明に関する研究から、特定のアレルギー体質を持つ方に、過去に一定の頻度で重篤な健康危害が見られていることから、これらを原材料として含む加工食品については、当該食品を原材料として含む旨を可能な限り表示するよう努めるよう推奨している。

| Vermin, mold and house dust are often found in areas such as tatami mats, sofa, stuffed animals and carpets. Please be cautious during the rainy season because it becomes very humid. You should vacuum tatami mats and carpets often and hang stuffed animals out in the sun. Vermin and mold are living things and love temperatures which are optimal for human beings as well. Therefore, it is also helpful to not have the temperature at optimum level and keep it similar to the outside weather. |
ダニ・カビ・埃(ホコリ)が発生しやすい場所には、畳、ソファ、ぬいぐるみ、じゅうたん(カーペット)などがあります。梅雨のシーズンなどは特に湿気が多く注意しましょう。普段からまめに畳やじゅうたんには掃除機をかけるとかぬいぐるみなどは日光に当てるなど予防しましょう。ダニやカビなどは生物ですから人が過ごしやすい適温適湿が大好きです。あまり快適な温度にしすぎず外気と近い環境で暮らす習慣をつけることも必要です。
