海外では2種類以上の同時接種が一般的で、医学的に特に問題はありません。(コレラ、黄熱病など一部ワクチンを除く)ワクチンの効果は、どこの地域であってもほぼ変わりません。衛生面からみると、途上国では私立や個人病院の方が有料ですが、安全な場合もあります。接種日時、ワクチンの種類、製造番号、接種部位の記録を必ず医療機関でもらい保管しておきましょう。
