Mr. Kodaira from Panasonic gave a lecture on the current overall employment situation, focusing on aspects such as the change in forms of employment and the trend to more flexible employment systems due to globalization. As a representative of employing companies, Ms. Kohama gave an explanation of the company, targeted to international students.	グローバル化に対応した企業の雇用形態の変化や雇用動向の流動化について、パソナテックの小平さんより、全般的な状況についての説明をうけました。また、雇用する企業の側を代表して、松下電器産業の小浜さんから就職をめざす留学生を対象に会社説明をしていただきました。
