OUISA Sports Festival 2005/ OUISAスポーツ大会2005

| On October 8th (Sat) and 9th (Sun), the OUISA Sports Festival 2005 was held by the "young" Osaka University International Students Association (OUISA). This year, the festival was organized by OUISA and BSP (Brother & Sister Program) along with the Osaka University International Student Center and Advisement Division for International Students (Engineering Department), so we were able to receive lots of support from the university. | 2005年10月8日(土)と9日(日)の２日にわたって、“若い”大阪大学留学生会＊(OUISA)は、OUISAスポーツ大会2005を開催しました。今回の大会はOUISAとBSP(Brother&Sister Program)の主催、大阪大学留学生センターと工学部留学生相談部との共催という形で行い、大学の力強いサポートを受けることができました。 |
| On the first day, badminton and ping-pong was held and we had about 100 people participate. In the evening, there was a small party held at the Engineering faculty COOP cafeteria where winners were awarded and many international students from various countries interacted. The following day, we had soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Additionally, participants took part in the "interactive group games" organized by OUISA, which brought even more excitement to the festival. About 250 people total had participated within these two days of this sports festival. The event was a big success because it provided a good opportunity for sports lovers to participate and play their favorite sports. Please take a look at the OUISA homepage to see how the day was in more detail. We intend on the OUISA Sports Festival to be an important annual event. In order to make the event even better, we have had a questionnaire online (http://www.gcn-osaka.jp/index.html) to have Osaka University international students to login and give their opinions. |
初日はバドミントンと卓球の2種目の競技を行い、100名近くの選手を迎えました。夕方には、生協工学部食堂でパーティーを開き、優勝者へ表彰したり、色んな国からの留学生たちが賑やかに交流したりしました。翌日はサッカー、バスケットボール、バレーボールの3つの団体種目を行い、OUISAがかなり工夫して用意したOUISA交流ゲームにも沢山の参加者がいて、大会の雰囲気が熱く盛り上がりました。２日間で約250名の参加者に達した今回のスポーツ大会は、選手たちが好きな種目をたくさん楽しむことができて、盛大な留学生のイベントとなりました。イベントのアルバムはOUISAホームページでご覧下さい。 GCN-Osaka(http://www.gcn-osaka.jp/index.html)で、阪大留学生を対象として、オンライン種目アンケート調査を行ってきました。 |
