◆To create your group and become a leader of the group / グループを作成してリーダーになる

Enter a group name, information about the group, and a comment regarding the purpose of the group.
If you are given access approval, that group will then be created.
Any GCN member can apply for this request. The user who created the group will be the group leader.
The leader is responsible for potential members’ access approval or denial to join the group,
overseeing the information for users, and posted information.
*Comments regarding the purpose of the group will not be opened to the public.

新規グループの作成依頼フォームにグループ名・グループ情報・*作成要望コメント（そのグループを作成したい理由等）を記入し、
管理者から承認されれば、グループは成立します。GCNのメンバーであれば誰でも依頼することができます。
グループを作成したユーザがグループリーダーとなり、作成後にグループへの参加依頼があれば承認・不承認の処理をしたり、
ユーザや書き込み内容等の管理をしていただきます。
*作成要望コメントは公開されません。
