IDとPasswordをお持ちでない場合は、右記の項目を記載の上、フォームから申請してください。大阪大学での在籍確認した後に、IDとPasswordを直接お知らせします。

If you have forgotten your ID, please e-mail us with your name and e-mail address you subscribed with to the following address. After your name, and e-mail address have been confirmed, you will be mailed your ID.
/ IDを忘れた場合、管理者宛、氏名と登録したメールアドレスを送付していただければ、データを確認した後、IDを登録メールアドレスに送付いたします。
