| Housing managed by Osaka Prefecture (public housing) is housing rented to those who are having problems with housing. Unlike other private housing, there are terms and conditions for candidacy to live in these places, and there are various rules as well. Housing is available in areas near Osaka University (Suita, Toyonaka, Ibaraki, Minoh, and Ikeda cities). An applicant needs to find a guarantor by his/her own, and needs to be able to complete all process in Japanese. | 大阪府営住宅 (公営住宅) とは、住宅に困っている方々のために建てられた賃貸住宅です。このため、他の民間賃貸住宅とは異なり、公営住宅法や大阪府営住宅条例などに 入居者資格が定められており、いろいろな制限があります。大阪大学近郊の各市 (吹田市、豊中市、茨木市、箕面市、池田市) にあります。 入居希望者は連帯保証人を見つけて、全ての手続きを日本語で行う必要があります。 |

| Usually, the manager will provide rental items. Housing managed by Osaka University co-op. Support will be provided by the co-op even after concluding the tenancy. | 一般的に賃貸物件は大家さんが提供するものですが、大阪大学生活共同組合が責任を持って管理する部屋のことで組合員専用の物件。入居後のサポートも阪大生協が行いますので安心してお住まいいただけます。 |

| To find and rent private housing, the service of local real estate brokers is generally used. Advice and information on private housing for international students is also available from MYROOM by co-op, Support Office and the Advising Room for International Students of each school/graduate school. | 民間住宅を借りる時には、不動産業者を通じて物件の紹介・案内をしてもらうなど、原則として自分で探すことになっています。そのほか、留学生向けの住宅については、マイルーム、サポートオフィスや部局の留学生相談室で情報提供やアドバイスを得ることができます。 |
