You may want to use a moving service to transport your belongings if you move to new housing. You can find many moving services in the telephone directory and internet. It is better to ask several services to come to your place to give an estimate of the moving fee. Generally,the estimate is free. The estimate is based on the volume of your belongings and the distance of the move. Choose the service provider best suited to your needs and budget by comparing the estimates and services provided. Some companies offer packing service at extra charge. If you have only a few belongings to transport, it may be cheaper to use a ""takuhaibin"" service (overnight courier service).	引っ越し会社はたくさんありますので、電話帳やインターネットなどで調べてみてください。まず荷物の量などを見て料金を計算してもらってから (見積もりといいます。)、引っ越しの手配をしましょう。見積もりは無料なので、数社に見積もってもらって、サービスの内容や費用を比べてから決めるとよいでしょう。費用は距離や荷物の量によっても変わってきますし、パッキングをしてもらうと追加料金となります。もし引っ越し荷物が少ないのであれば宅配便の方が安い場合もあるかもしれません。
When moving to a new place, you must completely terminate the current lease agreement (termination notice should be given to the lessor no later than one month before termination) and must report your new address to the administrative office of your school. You must also do the following: * Foreign Resident Registration and National Health Insurance You must complete the foreign resident registration and participate in the national health insurance under the municipal government controlling the place to which you move, within 14 days after relocation. If you have a driver’s license, change your address at a local police station. * Utility charges Call electricity, gas and water service providers at least one week before moving to notify them of the date of relocation. Charges outstanding will be settled on the relocation date. * Bank Report the change of address to your bank. * Postal Office You may use the forwarding service of the postal office. If you report the address of the new place to the post office nearest your former housing (the free postal card for this purpose is available at any post office), mail sent to your former address will be forwarded to the new address for one year after relocation.	引っ越しをする場合、賃貸契約の解約手続き (引っ越しの1カ月前には予告しなければなりません。)を行うほか、大学の所属部局の担当掛へ住所変更の手続きをしてください。また以下の手続きが必要ですので、忘れずに行ってください。 * 外国人登録、国民健康保険転居先の市役所などに、転居後14日以内に届け出なければなりません。もし運転免許証を保持していれば、警察署で住所変更を行ってください。 * 公共料金転居1週間前までに電気・ガス会社と水道局に転居する日を電話しておき、転居当日に料金を精算します。 * 銀行口座を開設した銀行に住所変更届を出します。 * 郵便局転居前の最寄りの郵便局に転居先の住所を知らせておくと、転居前の住宅に送られてきた郵便物を転居後原則１年間に限り、転居先に転送してくれます。
