| To become a National Health Insurance policyholder, go to the relevant division of your local municipal office and present your "alien registration card" and your "studying period certificate for a foreign student." Those whose income during the previous year is lower than the standard are eligible for partial waiver of the premium. For more details, please ask at the window.
