Visit a maternity hospital as soon as possible to confirm the pregnancy and check for any abnormalities. If necessary, you may obtain a medical certificate. Pregnancy is not a disease but you will experience many changes in your body. There may be times when you would have to take time off school or work. You should notify people around you of the expected date of confinement.

なるべく早く産婦人科に行って、妊娠の診断と異常の有無を確認しましょう。必要であれば、診断書を書いてもらうこともできます。妊娠は病気ではありませんが、さまざまな体調の変化を伴います。また、場合によっては学校や仕事を休む必要があります。出産予定日が決まったら、周囲の人に伝えておく方がよいでしょう。
