| 1. Personal information provided by members such as the name,
address, telephone number and e-mail address will be properly administered
by the gcn project members and webmaster. Unless requested by members, or
deemed to be necessary, gcn project members will not send any mails or e-mails.

1. 会員登録に伴って、管理者が知りえた氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人情報は、GCNプロジェクト及び運営管理業務の委託先が適正な管理を行なうよう努めます。GCNプロジェクトの運営上必要な場合を除き、会員への郵便物の送付、電子メールの送信は希望者に対してのみ行ないます。
