What's a tutor? チューターとは
A tutor will help international students to familiarize themselves with life and study at Osaka University. 大阪大学に在籍する留学生に対し、学習面、生活面などについてサポートをしてもらいます。
Who can become a tutor? チューター応募資格
Students who are enrolled in undergraduate (3rd or 4th year) or graduate course at Osaka University (except students on a leave of absence).
If you are an international student, you must be fluent in Japanese.
本学の学部３回生以上または大学院生(休学中の学生は除く)
留学生の場合は日本語が堪能なこと
Details of a tutor’s work チューター指導内容
  • Study Guidance: preparation and review of classes, guidance on writing reports, test studies, research support (including Independent Study, fieldwork, etc), help with searching for literature/how to use a computer with a Japanese keyboard, etc
  • Japanese Guidance: conversations in Japanese, how to read and write kanji, etc
  • Japanese daily life guidance
  • Other: introduction of Japanese culture, etc
  • 学習指導：授業の予習・復習、試験勉強、レポート作成指導、フィールドワーク等の研究補助、文献収集・コンピュータ使用方法の説明等
  • 日本語指導：日本語の会話指導、漢字の読解指導等
  • 生活指導：
  • その他：日本文化の紹介等
What's not included in a tutor's work チューター指導内容に含まれないもの
  • Lunch/Dinner
  • Chats
  • Parties
  • Sightseeing
  • Shopping

Payment 給与
\900 per hour 1時間当たり￥900（大阪大学の謝金規定による）

We are recruiting the following 2 kinds of tutors. / 以下の２つの募集を行います。


OUSSEP Students Tutor ＯＵＳＳＥＰチューター
Period: Spring Semester: April - July / Fall Semester: October - February
Hours: Spring Semester: 25 hours in total / Fall Semester: 30 hours in total
Recipients : OUSSEP students
Recruitment Period: at the beginning of every semester 		実施期間：春学期：4月～7月　秋学期：10月～2月
実施時間数：春学期：25時間　秋学期：30時間
対象者：OUSSEP学生
募集時期：毎学期はじめ
Short Intensive Program Tutor 超短期留学プログラムチューター
Period: about 1-2 week(s) (during the program)
Recipients : students who join the program
Recruitment Period: irregular
*This program adopts a system where usually a tutor doesn't help an individual student, but the group of tutors helps all of the students during their stay. 		期間：約1～2週間程度（プログラム期間中）
対象者：超短期留学プログラム参加学生
募集時期： 不定期
※留学生とチューターが1対1ではなく、チューターグループが滞在期間中の留学生全員を丸ごとサポートするシステムをとるのが一般的です。
