What is reservation of meeting and sending off ? / 関空送迎予約システムとは?
The service is taking place two ways from the Kansai airport to the 3 Campuses of Osaka University and its related institution or vice versa. このサービスでは，関西空港から大阪大学3キャンパスおよび関連施設への送迎、およびその逆の送迎を予約することができます。

In case of 2 stop or more, there will be an additional charge of 1000 yen for every 1 stop.
(* However, the stopping point is only limited to the 3 campuses of Osaka University and its related institution.)
2ストップ以上の場合 1ストップ追加ごとに 1,000 円加算されます。(※ただし、ストップする場所は大阪大学3キャンパスおよび関連施設に限ります。）
If it can inform them of it beforehand, it is possible when payment is hoped with the credit card or the taxi ticket though payment with cash is a principle. However, the commission is added in that case.
現金での支払いが原則ですが，クレジットカードまたはタクシーチケットで支払いを希望する場合は，事前にお知らせいただければ，可能です。ただし，その場合には手数料が加算されます。

- International air line: Level 1 International air line South arrival gate or North Plaza / 国際線：1階国際線到着口南or北広場
- Domestic line: Level 2 Domestic line arrival lobby / 国内線：2階国内線到着ロビー
Luggage / 荷物
As a general rule, the maximum number of passenger to board on a taxi is 3 persons. When the number of passenger is more than 3 persons, there is a possibility that you are required to send the baggage through a courier service.
タクシー1台の乗車人数は原則3名までです。それ以上である場合は、荷物を宅急便で送ってもらう場合があります。
In the case that the baggage is unable to be loaded into the taxi, there is a possibility that the baggage will be send through a courier service.
荷物がどうしても積みこめなかった場合は、宅急便で送ってもらう場合があります。
Change / 変更
If you wish to change the contents of your reservation through the system, please do so １week prior to your departure day.
予約内容の変更は1週間前までにシステムから変更を行ってください。
Cancel / キャンセル
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please ensure to contact
Through the system if you still have 48 hours left before the departure time (Japan time).
Other than that, please directly contact the taxi company.
予約をキャンセルする場合は、必ず連絡をしてください。
乗車日時（日本時間）の48時間前までは、システムからキャンセルを行ってください。
それ以降の場合は、タクシー会社に直接連絡してください。
